We have daily collections setup with UPS, they are our main courier. Our preference is currently UPS because, on the whole, we find they have a reliable service, charge a fair price and importantly allow us to upgrade our packages to carbon neutral. The majority of our packages are sent via the standard option, which is a next day aim service, however, it is not a guaranteed next day service and could take longer in peak times.

Unless by special request, all orders will be shipped via UPS standard.
Filament
Unless by special request, all orders above £40,00 will be shipped via UPS standard.
For single spools and orders with a total value below £40.00, we reserve the right to chose shipment option. A single spool of UK PLA will generally be shipped via Amazon fulfilment.
Where an order is received before our UPS collection, we will always try to pick, pack and ship the same day. We realise that speed is always appreciated and sometimes required, so if you have a time sensitive order, please give us a call (07495825317).
