Description

PLA Pellets – For FGF 3D Printing, Filament Extrusion & More

Whether you’re 3D printing with FGF, extruding your own filament, or molding parts, our PLA pellets are a versatile, reliable choice — made for makers, manufacturers, and anyone working with plastic.

Made in the UK, with purpose.
All pellets are produced at our UK-based facility, keeping supply chains short and quality high. By manufacturing locally, we cut down on emissions and reduce waste — helping you create more sustainably.

Two Types – Tailored to Your Workflow:
🔁 Re-Use Pellets: These are made from filament that didn’t quite meet diameter spec. Rather than waste it, we chop it back down into pellets. Same material, same performance — now at a bargain price. Ideal for testing, prototyping, or cost-conscious production.

🔹 Virgin Pellets: These are purpose-made, extruded directly into pellets for consistent shape, flow, and melt properties. Clean and reliable for high-precision work. Get in touch for higher volumes.

Built for Versatility:

  • FGF (Fused Granular Fabrication) 3D printers

  • Filament extrusion setups

  • Injection molding machines

  • Casting, crafting, and custom plastic work

Pack Sizes:

  • 3kg resealable bags — great for small runs or experimentation

  • 25kg sacks — ready for production-scale projects

Tip for Best Results:
To get the most consistent output, we recommend drying your pellets before use. PLA is hygroscopic, meaning it can absorb moisture from the air, which can lead to bubbling or poor surface finish during printing or extrusion (a process known as hydrolysis). A low-temperature dry, around 50°C for 4 hours, works wonders.

Made sustainably. Priced fairly. Ready to perform.
From hobbyist to industrial scale, these PLA pellets have you covered.
